We’re each individuals who need to go on our own journey of discovering what we need and what works for us, depending on our unique history and circumstances.

- We’ll craft a personalized journey for our time together blending somatic exercises, applied neurology and integrative leadership coaching. If that sounds like a lot of work, I assure you the last thing I want is to add to your overwhelm. I keep it simple yet powerful. Outside of our sessions, even 5 min. a day of practice will create results.

- Resilience-building inner work that ripples into all areas of your life— including changing your relationship with yourself. (i.e. This will help you stop being so hard on yourself).

Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) Private Sessions

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®, spoken as T.R.E.) is a body-based method for releasing stress and tension held deep in the muscles and connective tissue. After traumatic events, if the physiological stress cycle is incomplete, stress and tension is held in the body and the only way to release it is through the body.

I’ll guide you through simple exercises and stretches so you can amplify the body’s natural urge to shake off stress. I’ve been doing this for 18 years and it just gets better. TRE is used by Navy SEALs, first responders, and people in over 70 countries who understand that “the body keeps the score” and want to move stuck energy out.

Once learned with a certified provider, TRE is a self-help tool that can be done anywhere without equipment. It's an opportunity to let your body lead, and not your mind.

TRE is a safe and effective stress release technique for most people, and can be complementary to talk therapy or physical therapy. Please consult your medical provider before booking TRE® if you have recent acute trauma, injuries, surgeries, or have given birth.

Sessions are held in-person in Woodstock, VT or online globally via Zoom.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note: Sessions can also be booked for a private group for up to 6 people to share the experience (and the cost). This is great for friends, chosen family and teams. Each person can call in from their location on Zoom video.
