Hi, I'm Carolyn!

I'm a stress resilience trainer and coach, and I've spent the last 7 years helping people release stress stored in their bodies to access more peace and joy. I used to feel so broken from post-traumatic stress and anxiety, and now I feel incredible joy and vitality most of the time. I'm on a mission to help more people learn these critical skills.

Everyone has the ability to lower their stress level without going on vacation. Some of us just need help knowing exactly what to do so we don't take out our stress on others or stuff it down, which leads to all sorts of issues.  

I'm here to help you learn evidence-based practices to help you feel better fast without needing to study a manual or neuroscience textbook.

I created this concise guide because I understand the last thing you need is overwhelm from too much jargon or too many choices. 

No matter how rough or intense your past has been, it's never too late to release the backlog of stress. Since stress is stored in the body, it can be processed out through the body.
