About Carolyn
Merging Science and Heart
I teach people who want to make the world a better place how to work with their energy and emotions in order to have a profound impact on not only their own lives, but also, society as a whole. I share tools and strategies based on neurophysiology and stress resilience, and deliver meaningful, reinvigorating experiences informed by my background as a creative producer and leadership coach.
Carolyn’s used the tools she teaches for almost 20 years to release stress and anxiety while producing humanitarian and conservation documentaries for National Geographic and other mission-driven organizations. She's a certified Leadership Coach, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) Provider, and Neurological Fitness Instructor who lives in Vermont, USA.
